Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By booking a session, purchasing a pack, or using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Services & pricing
- Casual single session — $60 AUD
- 5-session pack — $290 AUD ($58 / session)
- 10-session pack — $550 AUD ($55 / session)
All prices include GST where applicable.
3. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once payment (or use of a pack credit) is recorded. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule bookings where necessary (e.g. illness, injury, emergency).
4. Pack credits
- Pack credits are tied to the purchasing account and are non-transferable.
- Credits expire 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise.
- Unused credits at expiry are forfeited and not refundable in cash.
5. Cancellations & no-shows
- More than 24 hours' notice: credit returned to your pack or refund of session fee.
- Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: session is forfeited (no refund / no credit return).
6. Health & safety
Boxing is a contact sport. You confirm you are physically fit to train and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions. You train at your own risk and agree to follow your coach's instructions.
7. Payments
Card payments are processed by Square. Cash and bank transfer are accepted as agreed with your coach. Unpaid balances may prevent future bookings.
8. Conduct
Aggressive, discriminatory or unsafe behaviour will result in termination of services without refund.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, branding) is owned by The Engine Coaching. Don't reuse it without written permission.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session(s) in question. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
